Finding your brand purpose isn’t easy. The Project Management Institute (PMI) approached AKQA to create a new brand platform and refresh the existing visual identity. To introduce the new brand platform to the world, we launched the “What Lights You Up?” awareness campaign in 2024 to drive brand awareness for the 40+ year professional organization. In parallel to launching the new brand platform, we migrated PMI to a digital brand guide platform (Frontify) to streamline all marketing activities. This included creating hundreds of pages/libraries and thousands of brand assets to be used used across internal PMI teams and their partners.
